The Uttaranchal Services Housing Association (USHA) Cooperative Society Ltd., Dehradun is a society registered under the Uttaranchal Self Reliant Cooperatives Act, 2003. Its primary objective is to develop a colony for the purposes of construction of residential houses for its members and to provide all such support and services as its members may need from time to time.

Membership is primarily open to those members of the Civil Services who meet the criterion as laid down in the Articles of Association of the Society. The Society has 95 members.

With its well-planned layout, wide roads, abundant greenery, parks, Clubhouse, Gym, Badminton court and other civic amenities, USHA has emerged as a model colony in which its members take a lot of pride.  The sylvan surroundings of our society add a unique flavour to the quality of life here.
